ACC-2010 will feature contributed as well as invited papers in all aspects of advanced computing and communications and will include a BEST PAPER AWARD given to a paper presented at the conference. The submitted manuscript should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the Conference Proceedings. Maximum paper length for the proceedings is six pages, with up to two additional pages with page charges (6+2). This may include figures, tables and references. The paper must be written in English.
