papers will be indexed by ISTP and we shall apply

for the conference CD-ROM to be indexed by EI.

Also, ICCSE will publish these papers as memoirs

and CDs officially.

Conference Venue

The conference will be held in Guangxi University,

located in Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi

Zhuang Autonomous Region. Guangxi University,

established in October 1928, is a provincial

comprehensive Teaching-Research university with a

long history. Located to the south of the Tropic of

Cancer, Nanning experiences a sub-tropical

monsoon climate, enjoying abundant sunshine and

rainfall. These climatic conditions result in green

trees and blooming flowers all year round, as well as

abundant yields of produce. Hence, there is a saying

about Nanning, ¡°Grass doesn¡¯t wither in winter, and

flowers bloom all year round.¡±
