Welcome to join in the 2019 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Traffic and Transportation (ICITT 2019)，which will be held in Amsterdam, Netherland during September 22-24, 2019.

For papers submitted to ICITT 2018, we offer the publication as following:

1. Publication in Conference Proceedings. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.

2. Publication in Journal. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Traffic and Logistics Engineering, which will be indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref , etc.
