ScopeThe 7th International Conference on Blockchain and Internet of Things Applications (BIoT 2026) will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Block chain and Internet of Things. The Conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of the Block chain and Internet of Things in theoretical and practical aspects. The conference welcomes high quality submissions that demonstrate original research contributions, novel system designs, comprehensive surveys, and industrial case studies. Authors are encouraged to submit work that showcases significant advances in blockchain technologies, IoT architectures, decentralized applications, security and privacy mechanisms, and emerging paradigms that integrate distributed ledgers with intelligent connected devices.By fostering dialogue between academia and industry, BIoT 2026 seeks to accelerate innovation, promote cross-disciplinary collaboration, and support the development of next generation decentralized and IoT enabled systems.Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the followingBlockchain Foundations and Advanced ArchitecturesConsensus mechanisms including PoS, BFT variants, DAG based consensus and scalable consensus protocolsLayer 1 and Layer 2 architectures, rollups, sharding and high throughput blockchain systemsCross chain interoperability, bridges and atomic cross chain transactionsFormal verification of blockchain protocols and smart contractsTokenomics, incentive design and decentralized governance modelsZero knowledge proofs (zk SNARKs, zk STARKs, recursive proofs) and verifiable computationDecentralized identity (DID), verifiable credentials and trust frameworksBlockchain based secure data sharing and trusted execution environmentsBlockchain Security, Privacy and Economic IntegrityAttacks on blockchain systems including Sybil, Eclipse, 51%, routing and MEV related exploitsSmart contract vulnerabilities, automated analysis, fuzzing and symbolic executionPrivacy preserving blockchain technologies including confidential transactions and mixnetsCryptographic primitives for secure decentralized systemsBlockchain forensics, auditing and incident responseEconomic security, incentive misalignment and protocol manipulationIoT Systems, Connectivity and Edge IntelligenceNext generation IoT networking including 6G, LPWAN, mmWave, TSN and URLLCEdge and fog computing architectures, distributed intelligence and real time processingTinyML, on device learning and resource constrained AIIoT hardware, embedded systems and energy efficient architecturesDigital twins, cyber physical systems and real time simulation environmentsInteroperability standards and scalable IoT architecturesIoT Security, Privacy and ResilienceSecure IoT communication protocols and lightweight cryptographyIntrusion detection, anomaly detection and threat intelligence for IoT networksSecure firmware, remote attestation and trusted execution environmentsPrivacy preserving IoT analytics including differential privacy and federated analyticsIoT supply chain security, hardware trust and tamper resistant designResilient IoT systems with fault tolerance and self healing capabilitiesBlockchain–IoT Integration and Decentralized ApplicationsBlockchain enabled IoT authentication, authorization and access controlDecentralized IoT data marketplaces and provenance trackingBlockchain based supply chain, logistics and asset managementSmart cities, smart grids and intelligent transportation systemsIndustrial IoT (IIoT), Industry 4.0 automation and secure manufacturingHealthcare IoT, wearables and secure medical data exchangeEnvironmental monitoring, precision agriculture and sustainability applicationsWeb3, Decentralized Infrastructure and Emerging ParadigmsDecentralized applications (dApps), decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and governanceWeb3 infrastructure including decentralized storage, content distribution and naming systemsTokenized ecosystems, NFTs and digital asset management frameworksFederated learning and decentralized AI for IoT and edge systemsAutonomous machine to machine (M2M) economic agents and machine driven marketplacesBlockchain based cloud, edge and distributed service orchestrationData Management, Analytics and InteroperabilityDistributed data management for IoT and blockchain environmentsReal time data processing, streaming analytics and event driven architecturesSemantic interoperability, ontologies and knowledge graphs for IoTPrivacy preserving data sharing and secure multi party computationBig data analytics for large scale IoT deploymentsExperimental Systems, Testbeds and Deployment StudiesLarge scale IoT and blockchain testbeds and benchmarkingReal world deployment experiences and performance evaluationsMeasurement studies of decentralized and IoT systemsEnergy efficient design and lifecycle management of IoT–blockchain ecosystemsReliability, maintainability and long term operational insightsPaper SubmissionAuthors are invited to submit papers through the conference Submission System by March 29, 2026.
