    International Conference on Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things (UPIOT 2019) will be held in Chongqing, China from 21 to 23 Aug., 2019. UPIOT 2019 is organized by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE), sponsored by IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Shanghai Chapter, Member Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Chinese Society For Electrical Engineering, CSEE, Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineerings(HKSME) and Sichuan Nuo Yi Convention & Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.

    UPIOT 2019 is a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things.

    We sincerely invite all the researchers, scholars, engineers, students and people are in interested in these areas to take part in UPIOT 2019.

    ●Publication and Indexing

    Author can submit full paper to publish paper in Journal of Physics: Conference Series, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, SCOPUS, Inspec, Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Science (CPCI-S)(Thomson Reuters, Web of Science), NASA Astrophysics Data System,and other databases.

    ●Keynote Speakers

    1. Prof. Chen Shen, Tsinghua University

    IEEE Senior Member, CIGRE Member, member of China Electrical Engineering Society. 2009 New Talents of the Ministry of Education. The main research directions are power system analysis and control, including rapid simulation and simulation of smart grid, power system stability analysis theory and method after wind power grid connection, power system emergency control and risk assessment, microgrid planning, simulation, analysis, operation and Control theory and technology. He has published more than 140 papers at home and abroad, including more than 100 papers in SCI/EI, 17 invention patents and 1 publication.

    2. Prof. Naihu Li, Zhengtai Research Institute

    Vice President of Zhengtai Research Institute, General Manager of China Technology Center of Alstom Power Grid, France, Vice Chairman of IEEE Shanghai Branch, Visiting Professor of Zhejiang University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Southeast University. He used to be the research director of Rockwell Automation in the United States, the general manager of the French Areva Transmission and Distribution China Technology Center, and the Shanghai Municipal Government Science and Technology Consultant.

    3. Prof. Gehao Sheng, Shanghai Jiaotong University

    As the person in charge, he presided over and undertook 2 national natural science funds, 2 "863" project projects, 1 Shanghai key scientific and technological project, and 1 China Postdoctoral Science Fund. As the main participants, they completed one major national science and technology research project and one major project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. In addition, as the main person in charge, he completed and undertaken a number of scientific and technological projects of State Grid Corporation and China Southern Power Grid Corporation. He won the second prize of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress, the third prize of State Grid Corporation for scientific and technological progress, the second prize of China Southern Power Grid Corporation for scientific and technological progress, and the first prize of outstanding young teachers reserve talents of Shanghai Jiaotong University Morningstar Young Scholars Award Scheme. He has published more than 50 papers in important academic journals at home and abroad, including 4 articles in SCI and more than 40 articles in EI. Has applied for or obtained 6 invention patents.

    4. Prof. Wei Gu, Southeast University

    Professor, School of Electrical Engineering, Southeast University, Director of Distributed Generation and Active Distribution Network Research Institute. Deputy Director of the Power System Simulation Committee of the China System Simulation Society. Visiting scholar at Arizona State University, IEEE Senior Member, member of China Electrical Engineering Society. Mainly engaged in power system operation control, renewable energy access technology, distributed generation and micro-grid, distribution network and integrated energy system research.

    5. Prof. Ming Zhou, North China Electric Power University

    She is currently a professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of North China Electric Power University, a doctoral tutor, and deputy director of the Institute of Flexible Transmission and Distribution Technology and Power Market. Member of China Electrical Engineering Society, IEEE member. IET international academic journals and reviewers of the Journal of China Electrical Engineering.

    6. Shaoyong Guo, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications

    Taking the field of industrial and energy Internet information and communication as the main research object, as a project or task leader, the support project, the Natural Science Foundation, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology major projects each won 2 second prizes at the provincial and ministerial level, and the first prize for power innovation. 1 prize and 1 second prize of the Communication Society, led by the completion of one international project, participated in 3 other international/industry standards, applied for more than 40 invention patents (15 authorized), and published more than 20 SCI\EI academic papers. To assist the team to complete the construction of a specialized scientific research system covering technical research, standard setting and achievement promotion in the field of smart grid information and communication.

    1. Prof. Keyou Wang, Shanghai Jiaotong University

    IEEE Member, Secretary General of Shanghai Jiaotong University Member Center, China Electrical Engineering Society, Associate Editor of IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Associate Editor of CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems, Power System Protection and Control, the first member of the Academic Committee of Young Experts. Research areas: modeling and calculation of electric energy systems, real-time simulation of electromagnetic transients in power electronic systems, analysis and control of new energy and AC/DC hybrid networks (microgrid, soft, soft)

    2. Prof. Shuai Lu , Chongqing University

    Director of "Research and Testing Center for Electric Drive and Flexible Power Conversion Equipment for New Energy Vehicles". Responsible for the establishment of the “New Energy Vehicle Electric Drive and Flexible Power Conversion Equipment Research and Testing Center”, continuing research on high-density motors and high-performance power electronic converter technology, and extending the results to various types of high power density and high including automotive electric drives. The performance of power electronic inverters and converter applications, especially the integration of new energy (smart grid) power distribution links. His research interests include high-density, high-performance power electronic converters and electric drive devices and their applications in new energy vehicles and smart grids.

    3. Prof. Rongfu Sun, State Grid Weibei Electric Power Control Center

    Mainly engaged in research on new energy optimization scheduling and coordinated control, new energy resource assessment and power forecasting, and operational reliability of large-scale new energy grid-connected. He has participated in one national 973 project, one national 863 project, one national science and technology support plan, and several national grid companies. A number of research results have been achieved in the integration of new energy grids, new energy optimization scheduling and control. He won one special prize for scientific and technological progress of State Grid Corporation and one second prize for scientific and technological progress of Hebei Province. Authorized 9 national patents, published 24 papers, and published 2 SCI papers and 8 EI papers by the first author.

    4. Prof. Bo Hu, Chongqing University

    Mainly engaged in power system reliability and planning, power system analysis and calculation research. He is the leader of more than 40 academic projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Chongqing, the Doctoral Fund of the Ministry of Education, the National Key Laboratory of Transmission and Distribution Equipment and System Security and New Technology, and the Central University. Funds and other projects. Hosted and researched more than 20 horizontal projects. He has published more than 30 papers in ETEP and Journal of China Electrical Engineering. He has won the first prize of China's power industry science and technology progress award, the first prize of Chongqing Natural Science and the third prize.
