Welcome to join in the 2020 3rd International Conference on Information, Networks and Communications (ICINC 2020), which will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, March 15-17, 2020.

For papers submitted to ICINC 2020, we offer the publications as following:

1. Publication in JCM. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Communications , which will be indexed by SCOPUS; ULRICH's Periodicals Directory; INSPEC; etc.

2. Publication in JAIT. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Advances in Information Technology, which will be indexed by EBSCO, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
