Call For Papers - CFP
Call for PapersSpecial Issue on Intelligent Systems and Internet of ThingsBig Data Mining and Analytics is an international academic journal sponsored by Tsinghua University and published quarterly. It features on technologies to enable and accelerate big data discovery. All of papers published are on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library with the open access mode. The journal is indexed and abstracted in Ei Compendex, Scopus, DBLP Computer Science, Google Scholar, and CNKI. Today, IoTs and Big Data is ubiquitous as it is applied in practice from Industrial Control Systems to e-Health, e-commerce, Cyber Physical Systems, smart cities, smart parking, healthcare, supply chain management, and many more. Such extreme reliance on IoTs results in voluminous data being generated which has to be collected, processed, and analyzed. Numerous industries, academics, alliances, and standardization organizations make an effort on IoTs and Big Data standardization, innovation, and development. But there is still a need for a comprehensive framework with integrated standards under one IoTs vision. This special issue aims to discuss the role of IoT as applied in practiceto real-life organizations. This special issue also aims to undertake this application with the rigor of scientific yet practically applicable research. Apart from illustrating the diversified IoT applications, this special issue also addresses the issue of data safekeeping along with the development of new security enhancing schemes such as blockchain as well as a range of other advances in IoTs and Big Data. Potential topics include but are not limited to the following:IoTs edge and cloud architecturesAI for IoTsWeb of thingsIoTs communication technologiesEnergy efficiency and sustainability in IoTsSensing, signal processing, actuation and analyticsSecurity and privacy in IoTsHuman interaction with IoTsSelf-adaptation for IoTs systems(Software) Interoperability in IoTsLarge-scale data processingRobotic IoTs systemsDistributed ledger technologies for IoTsReal-world applications, deployments, and testbedsIntelligent signal processingIntelligent data analysisWeb intelligenceIoTs architecture for intelligent environmentsIntelligent web search enginesIntelligent natural language systems and applicationsIntelligent information extractionIntelligent perception and intelligent machinesIntelligent agentsAugmented reality systemsSpiking neural networks and systemsPatterns in intelligent applicationsStability in intelligent systemsSUBMISSION GUIDELINESPapers submitted to this journal for possible publication must be original and must not be under consideration forpublication in any other journals.
