Following the success of the past editions, 2026 5th International Conference on Intelligent Science and Technology (ICIST) will be held during July 17-19, 2026 in Nanjing, China. ICIST 2026 is co-sponsored by IEEE and Hohai University, China, hosted by College of Computer Science and Software Engineering of Hohai University, China. This international conference will be a place for presenting the cutting-edge technology in intelligent science and technology, exchanging innovative ideas, promoting friendship, and experiencing new culture. The conference will cover keynote speeches, invited speeches and technical sessions on theory, analysis, design, test and applications related to intelligent science and technology. It is our pleasure to welcome you to ICIST 2026.

==Publication==

Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.

1) Language: All submissions should be written in English.

2) Submission Types: Abstract submission for presentation only without publication; Full paper submission for both presentation and publication.

3) Paper Length: All papers will go through double blind review process and to be accepted for publication or rejected. Regular papers should be no less than 4 pages in double-column, papers exceed 6 Page will be charged extra.
