Women are change agents, yet it is still doubtful whether the global community has adequately identified the potential of women and are ready to ensure a conducive environment for all women to grow and sustain. Therefore it is a timely need that we create interactive platform to bring the women's issues into light and explore feasible yet equitable solution through innovative approaches. The International Conference on Women, Women 2023 is primed initiate consequential discussions on gender equality issues, women’s engagement in different disciplines, future challenges, and opportunities and thereby take progressive action towards creating a promising future for the women community as a whole. Bringing in a novel experience, this year the conference will be held as a hybrid conference, on 11th – 12th August 2023 based on Colombo, Sri Lanka. We extend a warm invitation to all experts and enthusiasts to connect with us in this impactful platform to share the new knowledge, concepts and strategies and strengthen this mission of nurturing and prospering the women heroes.Keywords: Accepted papers list.
