第四届信息技术与计算机应用学术会议(ITCA 2022) 作为第四届国际科技创新学术交流大会的分会场开展，大会将于2022年12月09-11日在中国重庆隆重举行。会议旨在为从事信息技术和计算机应用工程的专家学者、工程技术人员、技术研发人员提供一个共享科研成果和前沿技术，了解学术发展趋势，拓宽研究思路，加强学术研究和探讨，促进学术成果产业化合作的平台。大会诚邀国内外高校、科研机构专家、学者，企业界人士及其他相关人员参会交流。

本会议投稿经过2-3位组委会专家严格审核之后，最终所录用的论文将会作为独立的章节，出版于会议论文集《第四届国际科技创新学术交流大会》（IEEE官方出版），出版后由IEEE Xplore收录，并提交 EI Compendex, Scopus检索。
