ICET, a yearly conference held in Chengdu, China, is co-sponsored by the Sichuan Institute of Electronics and IEEE, technically co-sponsored by Chengdu Section, Chengdu Section SSC/CAS Joint Chapter, Chengdu Section AP/EMC Chapter, Chengdu Section SP Chapter. The conference also receives support from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Xi'an University of Technology, Singapore Institute of Electronics, and other institutions.

ICET provides a platform for researchers and professionals to exchange academic insights, build connections within their field, and experience the rich cultural heritage of ancient Shu civilization. We cordially invite your participation.

All the accepted regular full papers will be included in IEEE Conference Proceedings. Additionally, regular papers presented at the conference will be also submitted to Digital Library, and then indexed by EI Compendex & SCOPUS, etc.
