Prospective participants in the plug‐fest should submit aletter of intent to participate, and an abstract of one page or less describing the devices, applicationsand the technical issues illustrated. Submission details are available at:http://www.ispcs.org.Exhibitions: Promotional partner companies are invited to exhibit their products/prototypes.Exhibition space will be provided during the conference, allowing discussions with partnersduring the breaks. Templates andonline submission of papers will be available at: http://www.ispcs.org. Students are welcometo submit papers.Work in Progress Papers: Work in Progress (WIP) papers will be reviewed and presented in aposter session.Student Paper Award: Details on submitting papers for best student paper award will beavailable at http://www.ispcs.org.Paper Acceptance: All papers will be peer‐reviewed. Each accepted paper must be presentedat the conference by one of the authors. The final manuscript must be accompanied by theregistration form and proof of payment. All conference and plug‐fest attendees, includingauthors and session chairpersons, must pay the conference registration fee and their owntravel expenses.Final Papers: Final papers are limited to six pages or less in IEEE double column format. Fullpapers are accepted in IEEE compliant PDF format.
