We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to you to the 16th International Conference on Education, Research, and Innovation (ICERI 2026), which will be held in Macao, China from September 26 to 28, 2026. ICERI 2026 is organized by City University of Macau.

As an annual event, ICERI provides a consistent platform for delegates and participants to present and exchange cutting-edge research findings. It offers extensive opportunities for in-depth dialogue and academic collaboration across the fields of Education, Research, and Innovation.

Building on the remarkable success of previous editions held in distinguished locations worldwide—including Cairo, Egypt; Cambodia; Bandar Seri Begawan, Malaysia; Bangkok, Thailand (twice); Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Beijing, China; Taipei, China; Tokyo and Osaka, Japan—ICERI 2026 continues this tradition of academic excellence.

We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable individuals to join the Technical Program Committee (TPC) for ICERI 2026. TPC members play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and success of the conference. We are looking for experts in various areas related to education and multimedia technology to help review and select papers, workshops, and presentations for the conference. If you are interested or if you have someone to recommend, please send your/their CV/s to iceriacademic.net. All received CVs will be carefully reviewed and discussed. TPC member’s name, affiliation and nationality will be shown on the webpage for ICERI 2026 as well. Welcome to join us.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously. The official language of ICERI 2026 is English.

For Authors: you can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ICERI 2026, orally or by poster presentation. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline.

For Presenter Only: you can deliver a presentation on ICERI 2026, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Abstract is necessary to submit.

For Delegate: you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.
