Authors are invited to submit papers presenting new research covering any of the topics listed below. Submissions must be unpublished, original, and not more than 10 pages in length. They should not be currently under review for publication in any other venue. We especially encourage submissions on wireless communication, wireless networks and wireless sensor networks targeted for humanitarian relief.
