【About ECAR2018】 Welcome to the 2018 International Conference on Electrical, Control, Automation and Robotics (ECAR2018). ECAR2018 will be held on September 16-17,2018 in Xiamen, China. ECAR2018 is an annual conference which aims to present the latest research and results of scientists (professors, doctoral students, and post-doc scientists) related to Electrical, Control, Automation and Robotics topics. This conference provides opportunities for delegates from different areas to exchange new ideas, applications and experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations, and to find global partners for future collaboration. 【Publication 出版信息】 All the ECAR2018 accepted papers will be published in the Journal DEStech Transactions on Engineering and Technology Research, ISSN: 2475-885X, ISBN and DOI for all papers. The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by EI Compendex (Elsevier Engineering Village Index), Scopus Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI), INSPEC, DBLP and CNKI Scholar online available in full text via the press platform.
