About the conference:2018 “The Belt and Road ” International Conference on Human Resources(BRICHR 2018) will be held on December 7-9, 2018 in Guangzhou, China. The conference was hosted by Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Guangdong Academy of Human Resources and co-organized by Guangdong Academic International of Academic Exchange. The conference aims to exchange and discuss research topics such as human resources related policies and regulations, personnel services, and development trends under the guidance of the “The Belt and Road” national development policy. It is hoped that through the seminar, the current exchanges in this field will be strengthened, and the research and development of human resources will be promoted in “The Belt and Road”. At the same time, the business or research links will be established and the global partners in the future will be found for the participants.PublicationAll papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees.
