Join our Women in Leadership II. – Self-Esteem MasterClass on 6 th , 7 th and 8 th of November,2019 in Budapest, Hungary led by Rowena Khanna, Executive/Performance Coachand Selected Coach at the London Business School. The Women in Leadership II. – Self-Esteem MasterClass is aimed at women leaders at alllevels in the organization, as well as women managers who are ready to move intoleadership roles. Many women in leadership positions have achieved remarkable success in their career and yetstill share that internally they still don’t feel good enough or suffer with ‘impostersyndrome’. Success, knowledge and experience do increase self-confidence and yetnothing quite reaches the deeper parts of us and the wounding at the core of our essentialsense of self which is often rooted in childhood. This workshop has been carefully put together for women in leadership roles who would like todo some inner work and gain tools and ideas of how to rebuild their authentic self-worthfrom the inside. The programme will be facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist andcoach who understands the sensitive nature of this work and who will respect eachperson’s personal process. It will be a three-part process – looking back, looking at thepresent and looking at the future.
