Call for Paper2022 2nd Workshop on Innovation and Development of Power Engineering(WIDPE 2022)Aug. 25-27, 2022 / onlinehttps://www.widpe.org/WIDPE 2022, the workshop of PSGEC 2022, will be held online during Aug. 25-27, 2022. PSGEC 2022 is organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, technical sponsored by IEEE PES Chongqing Chapter, supported by Southeast University and Shanghai University of Electric Power and Protection and Journal Control of Modern Power Systems, Power System Protection and Control, Media supported by Journals Center, China Electric Power Research Institute and MDPI-Electronics, and Journal of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering.●Pubilication1) All the registered and presented papers will be included in the volume of Conference Proceeding of PSGEC 2022 (*WIDPE 2022 is the workshop of PSGEC 2022, will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.*Conference proceeding will be online publishing2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international Journal.●SpeakersDr. CHI YongningChina Electric Power Research Institute, ChinaDr. Chi Yongning is the chief engineer of renewable energy research center of CEPRI (China Electric Power Research Institute), and serves as the secretary of IEC TC 8/SC 8A “Grid Integration of Renewable Energy Generation” since year 2014. He is the expert member of IEA GIVAR Advisory Group, and also a member of CIGRE and IEEE. His research interests includes modeling, control and integration analysis of renewable energy generation. He was responsible for formulating the Chinese connection code for wind power and PV, and led several national level research projects with regard to renewable energy grid integration, offshore wind integration and system analysis. He was honored with the UVIG Achievement Award in 2016, the ESIG Excellence Award in 2019 respectively.Prof. Shanming WangTsinghua University, ChinaMainly engaged in the teaching of electrical machinery and motor analysis, as well as the research work in the fields of internal fault analysis of large generators, analysis and control of motor electronic systems, analysis and design of special motor systems, numerical simulation of motor electromagnetic fields, etc.Dr. Zhong WangBeijing Xintai Energy Co. LTD, ChinaSenior Engineer, General Manager and Director of Beijing Xintai Energy Co., Ltd.; Representative member of the Market Management Committee of Beijing Power Exchange Center; Tsinghua University Power System and Automation Ph.D.; Visiting Scholar at McGill University, Canada; 2 papers published in SCI (Science Citation Index); Published more than ten papers on EI (Engineering Index) and registered more than ten invention patents; Twice interviewed by CCTV News Channel and Economic Channel.Prof. Quanrui HaoShandong University, ChinaBrief Bio: Professor/doctoral supervisor, selected member of Future Young Scholars Program of Shandong University, Executive Director of IEEE PES DC Control and Protection Committee, Youth Editorial Board member of HIGH Voltage Appliances, member of IEEE Standard Working Group P2837/P2825. His reasearch interest is Flexible DC power transmission, DC power grid, AC-DC hybrid power grid.Prof. Weihao HuUniversity of Electronic Science and Technology of China,ChinaWeihao Hu (IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member) received the B.Eng. and M.Sc. degrees from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Aalborg University, Denmark, in 2012, all in electrical engineering. He is currently a Full Professor and the Director of Institute of Smart Power and Energy Systems, University of Electronics Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. He was an Associate Professor with the Department of Energy Technology, Aalborg University, Denmark, and the Vice Program Leader of Wind Power System Research Program at the same department.Prof. Chen ChenXi'an Jiao Tong University, ChinaPresently, he is a Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering at Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China. Prior to joining XJTU, he has over six-year service at Argonne National Laboratory, Lemont, IL, USA, with the last appointment as Energy Systems Scientist at Energy Systems Division. His research interest includes power system resilience, distribution systems and microgrids, demand side management, and cyber-physical system analysis. He was an editor of IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid. He is also the recipient of the IEEE PES Chicago Chapter Outstanding Engineer Award in 2017.Dr. Sijie ChenShanghai Jiao Tong University, ChinaDr. Sijie Chen is curr/ently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. He received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. His research interests include energy blockchain, electricity market, demand response, and transactive energy system.Dr.Jianxiao WangNorth China Electric Power University, ChinaHe is currently an Assistant Professor at North China Electric Power University. Research interests include hydrogen/advanced storage technology, transportation and energy systems integration, cyber-physical system, electricity market and data analytics.Senior Engineer, Ling PengChina Electric Power Research Institute, ChinaThe major interest was HVDC valve and valve testing. After that she joined the overseas business development and marketing team, aiming for building and enhancing the reputation of HVDC Flexible technology worldwide. Within the team, her role is commercial manger taking the responsibility of cost estimates, contract negotiation and marketing. The team tendered many overseas HVDC EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) projects, mainly in Germany. In February 2022, an EPC contract providing HVDC converter stations onshore and offshore was secured in Germany. She is now delivering the project.Dr. Shuli WenShanghai Jiao Tong University, ChinaNow he is an Assistant Professor in the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. His research interests include mobile microgrid, renewable integration, energy storage system machine learning, and computational intelligence. He has published over 30 papers in this area including two ESI highly cited papers on shipboard power system planning.Dr. Manyun HuangHohai University, ChinaHer research interest is 1) State estimation of interconnected large power grid driven by data-model fusion; 2) Situation awareness and operation optimization of medium and low voltage intelligent distribution network; 3) Power system malicious attack detection and online identification.Dr. Di CaoUniversity of Electronic Science and Technology of China, ChinaDr. Cao Di is a lecturer at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interest is the optimal scheduling method of distribution network based on artificial intelligence technology.
