TOPICS OF THE MOCOMED 2011 WORKSHOPS

For 11 Workshop on Mobile Information Technology / Mobile Computing in Medicine "(MOCOMED 2011) as part of computer science in 2011 in Berlin are invited high-quality, innovative articles on Mobile computing in healthcare. Organisers of the workshop is the joint GMDS-Arbeitsgruppe/GI-Fachgruppe Mobile Information Technology in Medicine (MOCOMED). Informa-tion on the previous workshops can be accessed on the home page MOCOMED (www.mocomed.org).

The workshop aims to provide quality and innovative contributions on Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing and related topics (Ambient Assisted Living, Pervasive Computing, Wearable Computing) in health care and to discuss them. The contributions are intended for visitors from science, application and industry. They are intended to provide a current and representative overview of the technical capabilities, deployment potential, usability, acceptance and potential for improvement. The Forum is intended to show what options can offer mobile and ubiquitous networked information technologies, both in health and in everyday life of every person in dealing with his health.

PAPERS

The submission of the contributions made no later than 04/24/2011 electronically portal easy chair. At least one of the authors willingness is expected to register for the conference and present the contribution in the form of a lecture. This participation costs incurred during the registration at the meeting.

The accepted workshop papers will be published in Proceedings of the joint GI series 'Lecture Notes in Informatics (LNI)'.

In addition, the best accepted papers in a special issue of the high-quality eJournals GMS MIBE - will be published (German Medical Science Medical computer science, biometry and epidemiology). The assessment of submissions made by each anonymous two referees (two blind peer reviews). Main criteria timeliness, proximity issues, traceability and quality are the results of research results. Submissions must not previously have been released.
