The ICCET 2011 is organized by School of Civil Engineering, Shandong Jianzhu University. The conference has the focus on the frontier topics in the theoretical and applied Civil Engineering and Transportation. The ICCET 2011 will serve as good platforms for the entire civil engineering and transportation community to meet with each other and to exchange ideas.All submitted papers will be under peer review and accepted papers will be published in the international journal Applied Mechanics and Materials and will be indexed and available at EI COMPENDEX, Thomas ISTP, Chemical Abstract and Elsevier SCOPUS.
