Contributions are welcome within, but not restricted to, the following topics:Nonlinear measurement techniquesNonlinear devices and subsystems modelling strategiesNonlinear noise characterisation and modellingNonlinear analysis methods, CAD tools and stability analysisOptimum design methodologies for nonlinear circuitsLinearity issues and linearisation techniquesPower amplifier efficiency enhancement techniques and emerging transmitter architecturesNonlinearities at THz frequencies, characterisation, modelling and applicationsTechnical papers describing methodological and practical issues on active device characterisation and modelling strategies, CAD analysis methods and design approaches are solicited, according to the Conference Topic List.YOUNG RESEARCHERSThe participation of young researchers is strongly encouraged. Young Researcher Grants will support their participation in the Workshop.The Best Student Paper Award will be supported by the GAAS Association by 1,000 ? and the GAAS Silver Plaque.ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONAbstract submission has closed. .Authors will be informed about the review decision per email.After the reviewing process authors for accepted contributions should provide a full-length final (four-page) version of their work. Full-length final papers in electronic format must be available at the venue during the period of the workshop. They will be published in the workshop proceedings afterwards provided they have been presented during the conference. Also, INMMiC 2011 proceedings will be published in IEEE Xplore.
