    specially applications to the Province of Limburg, Flanders, Belgium.

    Conference Key-Themes, include respectively:

    1: Glob-Matrix Info-IT System, an impressive simplification of public

    administration and private management.

    2: Crowd-Research System-Program, a revolution in thinking, planning

    and education.

    3: e-Societal Co-Governance Platform, Citizens driven, beyond party politics.

    4: Convivial Socio-economy Model, specially on regional and local
