IEEE 3rd Latin-American Conference on Communications 2011HomeIEEE LATINCOM 201126-28 OCTOBERFEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF PARÁONLINE REGISTRATION COMING SOONThe Third IEEE Latin-American Conference on Communications (IEEE LATINCOM 2011) will be held in Belém, Pará, Brazil on 26-28 October 2011. The biggest city on the delta of the Amazon River, Belém is a great tourism destination for cruises on the river, tours in the forest and maritime beaches.As the most important conference on communications in Latin America, IEEE LATINCOM 2011 will attract leading researchers from all continents and will provide an outstanding opportunity for the Latin-American academic and industrial community to present their research in all areas of communications and networking.The theme of IEEE LATINCOM 2011 is SUSTAINABLE COMMUNICATIONS FOR A GREEN WORLD. We encourage submission of technical papers especially on topics related to this theme, but the conference will cover all subject areas of the IEEE Communications Society.Papers will be peer-reviewed by the international TPC according to standard procedures of the IEEE Communications Society. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference in oral or poster sessions and then published in the proceedings.
