    Submission Guidelines

    Two hard copies of the full paper not exceeding 6 pages, typed on one side of the A4 sheet in Times New Roman script of 12 font size as per IEEE double column format. A soft copy must be sent through e-mail in MS word format. The accepted papers received with full registration fee will be published in the proceedings of the conference.
