The “Recent Trends in SOA Based Information Systems” (RTSOABIS’12) is a Workshop joint to ICEIS 2012. Web services are nowadays emerging as a major technology for deploying automated interactions between distributed and heterogeneous applications. The global nature of Services Computing leads to many opportunities and challenges and creates a new networked economic structure for supporting different business models.
