2011 International Conference on Communication Engineering and Networks (ICCEN 2011) will be held in Hong Kong during November 25 - 27, 2011. ICCEN 2011 will bring together top researchers from Asian Pacific areas, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange research results and address open issues in all aspects of Communication Engineering and Networks.
