    The 2009 International Conference on Food Engineering and Biotechnology (ICFEB 2009) will be held in Cairo, Egypt during September 18-20, 2009. The conference is an international forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Food Engineering and Biotechnology. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

    All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. The accepted full papers will be published in the ICFEB 2009 Proceeding. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf) will be accepted only by Online Submission System, and .pdf and .doc will be accepted by E-mail: icecsatvip.163.com.
