    The Tenth International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Computing, Applications and Technologies (PDCAT) is a major forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners throughout the world to present the latest research, results, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of parallel and distributed computing. Following PDCATâ?™00 in Hong Kong, PDCATâ?™01 in Taipei, PDCATâ?™02 in Kanazawa, Japan, PDCATâ?™03 in Chengdu, China, PDCATâ?™04 in Singapore, PDCATâ?™05 in Dalian, China, PDCATâ?™06 in Taipei, Taiwan, PDCATâ?™07 in Adelaide, Australia, PDCATâ?™08 in Dunedin, New Zealand, PDCATâ?™09 will be held in Hiroshima, Japan from 8â?“11 of December, 2009.

    All papers accepted for PDCAT 2009 main conference and workshops will be published by IEEE Computer Society, and distributed to the participants on both CD-ROMs and USB drives. They are indexed through indexing services including IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), and Thomson ISI. The proceedings will be archived to IEEE-Xplore(TM) and the IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries.
