Call For Papers - CFP
The FINA-2012 covers novel theories, designs, and applications of information systems and network applications in advanced distributed system environments. Networks of today are going through a rapid evolution and are giving a great influence to our society. In addition, computing models are changing to new architecture like Cloud computing systems, Grid computing systems, and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) computing models. For this reason, it is significant to discuss how to design and realize high-performance computation models and network applications for distributed systems. The FINA-2012 International Symposium seeks original contributions in all relevant areas, including but not limited to the following topics. Papers of high quality in the following areas will be invited:TOPICS:Communication Protocol and ArchitectureWireless Communication and NetworkPersonal Communication SystemLow-power Network and SystemEmbedded System and NetworkingNetwork Control and ManagementInternet Technology & IP-based ApplicationsSecurity, Privacy and TrustMulti-agent System and ApplicationsDistributed Database and Data MiningDistributed AI and Soft/Natural ComputingE-Learning, E-Commerce, E-Society, etc.Peer-to-Peer (P2P) SystemAutonomic Computing and CommunicationMobile and Context-aware ComputingUbiquitous Intelligence and Smart WorldInnovative Networking and ApplicationsDigital EcosystemsHigh-speed Communication and NetworkMultimedia Communication and SystemMobile Ad-hoc and Sensor NetworkWearable Network and SystemQuality of Services (QoS)Network Performance Analysis and EvaluationMulticast Routing and TechnologyFault-tolerant and Dependable SystemParallel/Distributed Algorithm and ArchitectureDistributed Graphics and VR/AR/MR SystemBiological Informatics and ComputingGrid, Cluster and Internet ComputingService-oriented Framework and MiddlewareWWW, Semantic Web and Cyber WorldUbiquitous/Pervasive Networks and ComputingSmart Object, Space/Environment & SystemSocial/Ethical & Other Issues of Networked WorldCloud ComputingIMPORTANT DATESPaper Submission Deadline : By invitation onlyAuthor Notification : December 1, 2011Author Registration : December 23, 2011Final Manuscript Due : January 6, 2012PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINEInvited authors should submit original research in up to 6 pages (including all tables, figures and references) ensuring that they are formatted in accordance with IEEE Computer Society's guidelines.
