The first International Conference on Future Communication Networks will be held at Al-Nahrain University, Baghdad, Iraq. It is a joint venture between Iraqi universities and VICTOR (a DELPHI project supported by British Council and Brunel University in U.K as a leading partner). The theme of the Conference is "Future Communication Networks". In addition to the high-class technical sessions, the conference will have feature panel sessions & tutorials. Attention is to be drawn to challenges facing the establishment and modification of telecommunications infrastructure & services in Iraq with possible solutions.
