The goal of this conference is to bring together the researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share ideas, problems and solutions relating to the multifaceted aspects of Solid State Devices and Materials Science.

All accepted papers will be published by Physics Procedia (ISSN: 1875-3892) by (Elsevier), which will be submitted for indexing by EI Compendex and Scopus.
