Colloquium Call for Paper (Extended Full paper Submission Deadline) : 1 November 2011

The 2012 IEEE Business, Engineering & Industrial Applications Colloquium (BEIAC 2012) will be

held in Kuala Lumpur between 7 - 8 April 2012.

BEIAC 2012 will be organized by IEEE Malaysia Power Electronics, Industrial Electronics &

Industrial Applications Joint Chapter and supported by Research Management Institute (RMI)

Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

This colloquium will offer value added opportunities for participants to network and share experiences

in a unique inter-disciplinary environment relevant to IEEE’s vision of Advancing Technology for

Humanities beyond traditional boundaries.

THE PROCEEDINGS OF BEIAC 2012 WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE IEEE XPLORE

DATABASE,IT WILL NORMALLY BE INDEXED IN SCOPUS AND OTHER IEEE INDEXING

PARTNERS.WE ARE GLAD TO INFORM YOU THAT OUR PREVIOUS EVENT NAMELY IEEE

CONFERENCE ON BUSINESS, ENGINEERING AND INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION (ICBEIA

2011) PROCEEDINGS ARE CURRENTLY LISTED IN IEEE XPLORE/SCOPUS AND MORE

THAN 250 PAPERS WERE SUBMITTED FOR IEEE SYMPOSIUM ON BUSINESS,

ENGINEERING AND INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS (ISBEIA 2011).

Contributions are invited for ALL TOPICS that examine the interaction of Business, Engineering and

Industrial Application, so the topic below are representative, not an exhaustive list. A special emphasis

at BEIAC 2012 is interdisciplinary and advanced research. However, basic research areas are very

much welcomed. Papers of original works are solicited from prospective authors. Research areas
