GENERAL INFORMATIONThis is the 24th Edition of the International Conference on InformationNetworking (ICOIN), which was started under the name of Joint Workshop onComputer Communication in 1986. ICOIN 2010 will take place in BusanMetropolitan City, the second largest city in Korea and the hub port totheEast Asian countries. The conference is organized by Korea Institute ofInformation Scientists and Engineers (KIISE), Korea. The ICOIN 2010conference looks for significant contributions to the computercommunications, wireless networks and converged networks in thetheoreticaland practical aspects.
