ICSAP is an annual international forum for state-of-the-art research in Signal Acquisition and Processing. The first ICSAP 2009 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during April. 3-5, 2009. The conference proceedings of ICSAP 2009 has been listed in IEEE Xplore already.The 2010 International Conference on Signal Acquisition and Processing (ICSAP 2010) will be held in Bangalore, India during 12-13 February, 2010. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Signal Acquisition and Processing. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Signal Acquisition and Processing related techniques.All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings by Conference Publishing Service. The proceedings will be listed in IEEE Xplore, and submitted to the Thomson ISI and Ei Compendex for indexing. A selection of the best papers will be invited for a special issue in a mainstream journal.ICSAP 2010 includes also plenary invited presentations by experts from academia and industry.
