ETT is an annual International Conference on Education Technology and Training. The purpose of the conference is to bring together researchers and developers from academia, industry, and government to advance the science, engineering, and technology in Education Technology and Training. ETT was started in 2008. The previous conferences were held in Shanghai, China (2008), Sanya, China (2009), Hong Kong (2010) . Publication All accepted papers will be included in the ETT 2009 Conference Proceedings. All papers accepted will be published by IEEE Computer Society.
