Call For Papers - CFP

Contributed papers can be prepared and submitted in Italian and/or English language according to the workshop where you will present the contribution (5th national workshop o 1st international workshop). The same contribution can not be submitted for both workshops.

Authors will send their paper by January 20th, 2012 through the EasyChair system and should attach the text file according to the instructions for authors and the specific template.

Papers will be evaluated and authors will receive an evaluation by February 20th, 2012. Oral presentation duration is 15 minutes.

March 30th, 2012 is the deadline for revised full papers.

Deadlines:

January 20th, 2012: full paper submission

February 20th, 2012: papers evaluations communicated to authors

March 30th, 2012: revised full paper final submission

REVIEW PROCESS

Papers will be evaluated, following a peer review system, by two anonymous readers. Authors will be informed by February 20th, 2012 whether the paper is accepted. Accepted papers must be revised by March 30th, 2012.

PROCEEDINGS

Workshop proceedings include all accepted papers and will be available on the web site of GRAB-IT and on www.orgprints.org before the workshop. The proceedings will be published online only. Inclusion in the ISI-Thomson Conference Proceedings Citation Index has been applied for. For the acceptance and "publication" in the conference proceeding, at least one of the authors listed on the paper must participate to the conference.
