    AICERA 2012 will be an International Conference exclusively dedicated to the field of engineering education. Hundreds of Engineers and educationalists of different disciplines are expected to attend it, making it a truly educational fiesta. The conference will focus on the need for revamping engineering education. Talks will encompass basic studies and applications and will address novel issues. During the three-day conference, we will listen to renowned authorities in the field as they discuss recent advances, challenges and breakthroughs in the field of engineering education. The conference will feature keynote addresses, a number of invited talks, contributed lectures and poster presentations focusing on specific trends in this area.

    In view of your excellent contributions to the field of engineering education, we would like to welcome you to present an invited talk at the conference. The technical programme committee of the conference is appreciative of your published work in this field. We would appreciate if you could e-mail us a one?page abstract of the talk (in the MS Word format) at the earliest to the conference Email ID: aiceraatamaljyothi.ac.in. An appropriate title could be decided by you.

    Please note that due to budgetary constraints, we are unable to provide any financial assistance. The registration fee for the conference is fixed at an affordable rate. The following is the registration fee till 28th February 2012. Those who register after 28th February will have to pay 10% extra as registration fee. All IEEE members will get the 20% concession in the registration fee. We will take care of your accommodation and local transport.

    Registration fee includes cost of registration materials, conference proceedings, lunches, dinners, refreshments, special conference dinner and free entry to the traditional cultural program and an exciting sightseeing trip to one of the tourist spots of our region. Registration fee for the accompanying person includes the attendance of the conference lecturers, lunches, dinners, refreshments, cultural program and conference tour.

    The conference will be held at the Amal Jyothi College of Engineering Campus, Kanjirapally, Kottayam Dt, Kerala. There are a large number of tourist spots in Kerala. The most important ones are Munnar (the best tourist spot in Asia based on UNESCO), Thekkady Wild life Sanctuary, Vagamon identified as among the 50 must see spots in the world by “Reader’s Digest” and Varkala beach. The official travel agent of the conference can help you plan a sight-seeing tour, should you so desire.
