ACIIDS 2010 is co-organized by Hue University and Wroclaw University of Technology (Faculty of Computer Science and Management), and will take place in Hue city, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Hue city is the capital city of Thua Thien Hue Province. Hue is a green, peaceful and beautiful city in the north central coast of Vietnam. It is located at around 660km south of Ha Noi capital, and 1,080 km north of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). It is on the National Road 1A, North-South Railway and Ho Chi Minh Highway, it is easily accessed by train and airplane from Phu Bai International airport. Huong River is a beautiful river that runs across the city. Hue city obsesses many tourist attractions, landscapes and ancient architectures.

Hue University is located in the center of Hue City. It was over the past 50 years of development, the University has now become a prestigious centre of training teachers, fostering the staff for many sectors and conducting scientific research projects in the northern central part of Vietnam.
