    The 12th High-Tech Plasma Processes conference (HTPP-12) will be held in Bologna-Italy on June 24-29, 2012. HTPP is a bi-annual international conference based in Europe with topics encompassing the whole area of plasma processing science.

    The aim of the conference is to:

    Bring different scientific communities together

    Facilitate the contacts between Science, Technology and Industry

    Provide a platform for the exploration of elementary processes in- and processes by plasmas, fundamental topics and new applications

    Disseminate methods for plasma diagnostics and monitoring and exchange models for plasmas and plasma processing

    The symposium will be organized to include plenary lectures, invited and contributed oral presentations, poster sessions, and some special sessions. The whole area of plasma processing from fundamentals to applications will be covered. Contributions are solicited in basic and application areas. Special tracks will be dedicated to dissemination activities of FP7 funded projects.

    The official language of the conference is English.
