INTERNATIONAL WorkShop on Renewable Energy will be organized by the University of Sciences & Technology Houari Boumediene of Algiers, Capital of Algeria. Presentation:The purpose of the Fourth International Conference on Electrical Engineering, IWRE that will be held in Algiers (Algeria) is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners from all the country and the world, interested in the advances of various areas in Electrical Engineering and Energy. It aims to provide a forum for sharing knowledge, experience, free discussion of new ideas, research, development and applications,including techniques and methods. It will also provide opportunities for students and young engineers to meet their experienced peer from Algeria and abroad.Instruction for authors:Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers (4 to 6 pages)exclusively in English, in two-columns according to the IEEE format (See the template in the conference site).Page 1 must hold the title of the paper, the author's name, the affiliation, mailing address, e-mail, telephone, fax numbers and abstract of 50 to 100 words with up to five key words. The presented papers will appear in IEEE Xplorer. The best papers are selected for Publication in Journal of Electrical Systems (JES), Journal of Electrical and Control Engineering (JECE) and in Journal of Automation and systems Engineering.Topics?
