The Papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and EI indexed.

Arrangements are being made to include the top papers ( with improvements ) in a special edition of the IEEE Trans. on Smart Grid.

Accepted but not presented IEEE Transaction papers can be presented in this conference by submitting a condensed version of the paper and by indicating that the full paper will be published in IEEE Transactions.

All papers must be presented in presentation or poster sessions by at

least one of the authors, who must have paid the registration fees.

Each author can present up to two papers only.
