    The 2010 International Conference on Power System Technology (POWERCON 2010) will be held in Hangzhou, China on October 24-28, 2010. This biennial conference started in 1998 in Beijing, China. The POWERCON was co-initiated by CSEE (Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering) and IEEE/PES (Power & Energy Society). The POWERCON2010 will be co-sponsored by IEEE/PES and CSEE, and organized by China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI).
