The conference aims to provide a forum for researchers in communications, networking and signal processing and will feature technical paper sessions, poster sessions, tutorials and workshops. The conference will feature three symposia on Communications, Networks and Signal Processing respectively. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
