    Welcome to IEEE Cluster 2012. The conference will be held at the North Star Continental Grand Hotel, Beijing, and hosted by the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

    Scope:

    Cluster 2012 welcomes original unpublished paper submissions from researchers in academia, industry, and government, describing innovative research in the field of cluster and high-performance computing.

    Major topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

    Systems Design and Configuration

    Tools, Systems Software, and Middleware

    Algorithms, Applications and Performance

    Storage and File Systems

    This year's conference will also include Poster, Panel, Workshop, and Tutorial sessions for face-to-face interactions with the technology leaders in cluster computing. Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), CAS, China, hosts with the great honor the Cluster 2012 in Beijing. ICT found the Dawning Company which built the TOP 3 machine at TOP500 last year with collaboration with ICT. ICT was remarked by its multicore CPU product, Loogson.
