These systems and tools provide more convenient, useful, empowered environment for humans. The DINST-2012 workshop is an international workshop, which will serve as a forum for exchanging information and ideas on the field of systems and tools developing and implementation. This workshop will be held in conjunction with the 3-rd International Conference on Emerging Intelligent Data and Web Technologies (EIDWT-2012). The EIDWT-2012 will be held together with the 4-th International Conference on Intelligent Networking and Collaborative Systems (INCoS-2012) at University Politehnica of Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania form September 19 to September 21, 2012.
