Call For Papers - CFP
[Please post - apologies for multiple copies.]Call for PapersSYNASC 201214th International Symposium onSymbolic and Numeric Algorithms for Scientific Computing~~ In honor of Professor Bruno Buchberger's 70th birthday and ofProfessor Stefan Maruster's 75th birthday ~~September 26-29, 2012, Timisoara, Romaniahttp://synasc12.info.uvt.ro/
AimSYNASC aims to stimulate the interaction between the two scientific communities of symbolic and numeric computing and to exhibit interesting applications of the areas both in theory and in practice. The choice of the topic is motivated by the belief of the organizers that the dialogue between the two communities is very necessary for accelerating the progress in making the computer a truly intelligent aid for mathematicians and engineers.Important Dates01 July 2012 : Paper submission (FIRM deadline)01 August 2012 : Notification of acceptance01 September 2012 : Registration08 September 2012 : Revised papers according to the reviews26-29 September 2012 : Symposium18 November 2012 : Final papers for post-proceedingsTracks* Symbolic Computation* Numerical Computing* Logic and Programming* Distributed Computing * Artificial Intelligence * Advances in the Theory of ComputingInvited Speakers* Bruno Buchberger, Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria* Sumit Gulwani, Microsoft Research, Redmond, USA * Tetsuo Ida, University of Tsukuba, Japan* Michael Kohlhase, Jacobs University Bremen, Germany* Sascha Ossowski, Rey Juan Carlos University Madrid, Spain* Paul Tarau, University of North Texas, USAWorkshops - http://synasc12.info.uvt.ro/workshops/
