    DDECS 2013 will take place in Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad), a historically known spa city located about 140 km west of Prague. It is famous for many thermal springs with curative power, Moser Czech crystal glass, Thun porcelain manufacturing and production of the famous Becherovka

    liqueur. The number one cultural event is the annual International Film Festival. The Symposium is organized by Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Information Technology, and sponsored by the Test Technology Technical Council (TTTC) of the IEEE Computer Society.
