    You are invited to submit full papers reporting original work to a forum

    where experts from industry and academia meet and exchange ideas on these

    topics. We welcome papers on any area of learning and education with

    special emphasis on the use of simulation, visualization, cloud computing

    and Web 2.0 social networking in learning and education. Papers are

    solicited in the following (but not limited to) areas:

    -One-to-one computing in the classroom

    -Teacher managers/mentors

    -The effect of technology-aided information on social development

    Technical Articles should incorporate significant results in research,
