ITC2012 is the 13th in a series of annual online events organized by Advanced Electrical and Computer Engineering Research Institute (AECERI) for ICT and designed to provide an opportunity for academicians and specialists in the international telecom community, to meet peers in Malaysia to have exchanges on the latest developments in emerging technologies, as well as progress in standards, services and applications in information and communication systems.We solicit technical papers describing original, previously unpublished research, not currently under review by another conference or journal. Submissions should clearly identify how they relate to issues on information and communication systems. Contributions describing an overall working system are particularly of interest. CommunicationsFor more details on subjects refer to: SubjectsPaper SubmissionAll original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.Papers must be submitted within the stipulated time (31 August 2012) and electronic submission in PDF is required. The page limit for a full-length paper is 6 pages. All submissions should be in the IEEE 8.5 two-column format. Papers should contain up to 5 keywords. Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and soundness, and will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers.Authors’ Template: Word Template Prospective authors are invited to submit full paper via the following Easy Chair link: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=itc20121
The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make a correction in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline.Accepted papers must be presented online by author(s) to be published in the conference proceedings.Papers will be rigorously reviewed by the international technical program committee. Currently we are negotiating with IEEE authorities for publishing the proceedings of ITC2012 in IEEE Xplore. Any updated news will be available in this website.
