Call For Papers - CFP

The Conference is a platform of international legal debate that examines recent developments and prospects for development of business law. Within the framework of the Conference will be presented scientific papers in all areas of legal sciences, which will be scored according to their content in one of two sections: Public Law or Private Law.

Location

The Conference to be held at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania

Publications

The accepted papers to be presented at the Conference will be published:

? in one volume in English, edited by a publisher with an international reputation in Juridical Sciences.

? on CD-ROM with ISBN edited by ASE Publishing which will be distributed to participants in the day of the conference.

? at the recommendation of the Scientific Committee, articles which have a high degree of scientific novelty and originality in the treatment of the theme will be published in the Juridical Tribune Journal (www.tribunajuridica.eu).

The accepted papers to be presented at the Conference will be indexed in international databases and online catalogs: IndexCopernicus, RePEc, SSRN etc.

Important dates

? April 20 ? September 28, 2012 : submitting the registration form at the email: officebusinesslawconference.ro.

The registration form can be completed either with title of scientific paper which will be registered at the conference or with the option to attend the debate, without recording a scientific paper. Download the registration form here.

? August 27 ? September 28, 2012 : sending full text of scientific paper in English, at the email: officebusinesslawconference.ro. Download the template for scientific papers here. (link catre cerintele de redactare in engleza)

? 29-30 September, 2012 : confirmation of the scientific papers to be presented at the Conference.

? 1-15 October, 2012 : Conference participation fee of 50 Euro / 200 Lei.
